Another former Rite Aid location is being repurposed, this time in Squirrel Hill.
Murray's Market will open in the building at the corner of Murray and Forbes Avenues, known as The Brandywine.
According to a release, the 12,000-square-foot space will become a neighborhood grocery store.
Acquired by local real estate company Brandywine Communities late last year, the space will also feature other businesses including a dentist and more.

You don’t have to be Jewish to shop at Murray’s; our goal is to become the neighborhood’s go-to market for quality, convenience, and outstanding service. We’re thrilled that our new landlord shares that vision, and together we’re excited to bring this much-needed amenity to one of Squirrel Hill’s most important intersections.”
Construction is expected to begin in the next few months.
An opening date has yet to be announced.
