State Police in Beaver County are investigating the discovery of dead dog, dumped along the side of a road.
Troopers were called to a site along Cannelton Road in Darlington Township, where a large black trash bag was found with a rotting odor coming from within.
Inside, troopers said they found a mostly white partially decomposed dog.
They believe it had been there for quite some time.
