A 25-year-old Pittsburgh man is facing a homicide charge for the fatal stabbing of an off-duty Pennsylvania State Police Officer Monday along the Montour Trail.

25-year-old Anthony Quesen is accused of killing 44-year-old Benjamin Brallier yesterday afternoon in the 1900 block of Hassam Road in the Robinson/Moon area.
