Two children out of Greene County are missing and endangered.
Pennsylvania State Police issued an alert Thursday afternoon for 5-year-old Jade Fannon and her brother, 3-year-old Jayce Fannon.
Officials say the children were in legal custody with Greene County Children, a youth services agency. The children's biological parents, Jonathan Fannon and Brandi Stump, removed the children from the home and fled Pennsylvania.
According to State Police, they are potentially driving a white 2018 Ford Fusion with a Pennsylvania plate, "KXD-0548." Both have family in Morgantown, West Virginia and in Washington and Greene counties.
