PITTSBURGH (Newsradio KDKA) - State Rep. Frank RYan, who represents the 101st Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, announced Thursday he will not seek a fourth term.
The military Veteran and CPA specialized in responsible financial budgeting and property tax reform.
However, Ryan did not announce his retirement.
"I'm going to be doing it differently," Ryan said during the KDKA Radio Morning Show Friday. "So what I'm hoping to do is to use the knowledge I've gained from secures in the inside in the legislature, to work on the outside to be able to put pressure on the appropriate pressure points."
The 71-year-old will push for fiscal discipline and fraud standards in Harrisburg to prevent unethical behavior and waste.
