Another step taken toward bringing Meijer stores to Pittsburgh

Cranberry Township supervisors are moving forward with plans for a mixed-use development called Henderson Crossing, which would be anchored by a Meijer retail store.

According to the Tribune Review, supervisors granted preliminary land development and conditional use approval, one of the first steps to bring the Michigan-based grocery/retail store chain to southwestern Butler County.

The store would offer groceries, drive-through pharmacy service, electronics, retails items and curbside pickup.

Meijer also plans to run a gas station and convenience store next to the building.
