Police have made an arrested in connection with a shooting on the South Side this past weekend.
Pittsburgh Police have arrested 22-year-old Rafik White of Duquesne for shooting an adult male in the neck and chest in the 1300 block of Bingham Street early Saturday morning.
White is charged with Criminal Attempt Homicide and Aggravated Assault.
He is being held at Allegheny County Jail.
The unedified victim was last reported in critical condition.
