Police have arrested a suspect after a man was fatally shot at the New Kensington Elks club over the weekend.
Police say 38-year-old Steffon Ballard, the brother of victim, 46-year-old Jeffery Ballard is responsible for the shooting.
The Westmoreland District Attorney's Office made the arrest announcement Thursday morning.
Steffon Ballard is expected to be arraigned Thursday morning.
Jeffery, the bouncer of the club, was shot in the upper thigh outside of the club where he bled out and died just before 3 a.m.
Charges were filed after detectives reviewed surveillance video from the lodge and spoke with witnesses.
Steffon is charged with criminal homicide, attempted homicide, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm prohibited.
