A 33-year-old man is accused of setting a fire inside Giant Eagle's Market District store at the Waterworks.
A store manager identified Russell Weleski as the person who set a booth on fire Wednesday night at the store's cafe.
He was arrested at a nearby McDonald's the next morning and is facing several charges, including arson.
Weleski was denied bail and is being held at the Allegheny County Jail.
Weleski is known in the area by local police.
