A suspect in the murder of a man on the North Side last summer has been apprehended in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Allegheny County District Attorney's office says Medford Taylor was arrested last week following an investigation by detectives from the Pittsburgh Bureau of Violent Crimes and Homicide unit.
Taylor is suspected of fatally shooting Dashawn Rankin on June 25 last year.
Surveillance cameras captured the events before, during and after the shooting.
Taylor is now in the process of being extradited.
