A SWAT situation ended without incident last night in Knoxville.
Police went to the 200 block of Zara Street around 7:30 p.m, after getting 911 call about a domestic dispute.
Officers were told a man armed with a knife was in the home and barricaded on the top floor.
Negotiators got him to surrender around 45 minutes later and he was arrested.
