Allegheny County police have charged two 19-year-olds in an armed carjacking earlier this month in Swissvale.
Police say it happened on June 6, when a man was robbed at gunpoint by a man at parking lot on the 7500 block of Dickson Street.
Police say a woman then forced the victim to the other side of the parking lot, while she and the gunman stole his vehicle, crashing it into another at the corner of South Braddock Avenue and Roslyn Street.
Police say Evan Jackson and Kiara Williams then fled the scene.
They were charged on Monday.
