A Swissvale public works employee is no longer with the borough after he hurled racial slurs at a delivery driver and the video went viral.
The video drew hundreds of thousands of views on social media and hundreds of shares, along with condemnation from Swissvale officials.
Borough council members called the behavior “appalling” and confirmed the employee was immediately terminated during Wednesday's meeting.
The employee was heard using the N-word twice in a video shared with KDKA Radio.
