Teenage boy shot in the leg in Allegheny County

A teenage boy was shot in the leg early today in Allegheny County.

Gunfire was reported a few minutes before 3 a.m. in the 1000 block of Wolfe Avenue in North Braddock.

The 17-year-old was in stable condition when he was taken to a hospital.

A preliminary report from County Police detectives says the shooting may have happened in East Pittsburgh, but the exact location is unknown.
