Former NFL player and Jeannette star Terrelle Pryor is facing a drug possession charge after a traffic stop in Monroeville in May.
Monroeville Police Department saw a black Mercedes with speeding on Mosside Boulevard by shortly before midnight on May 24.
Police said officers saw a clear plastic baggie containing suspected MDMA in Pryor's hand when he got his wallet to show his ID.
Pryor was star at Jeannette and Ohio State and he played for nine NFL teams over seven seasons.
Pryor has had legal issues in the past including an incident with his girlfriend where he was stabbed in 2021, throwing a pumpkin at his girlfriend’s car in 2021 and a crashing his vehicle into another on the South Side last year.
Pryor also was suspended while at Ohio State for accepting money and tattoos selling memorabilia.
