Weather-wise, this may be one of the most comfortable weekends, certainly of the fall, according to AccuWeather meteorologist Joe Lundberg.
“This is really kind of a typical late September-October weather regime where you get these big areas of high pressure and they build in and you’re cool in the front side and then you get progressively warmer but the nights stay cool and comfortable and then you have crispy afternoons with sunshine, it steadily warms up, you get into the 70s and there’s not an awful lot of wind, it’s just a beautiful set up,” said Lundberg.
He tells the Big K Morning Show that the biggest headache we're going to have to worry about over the next few nights is fog patches.
He says it'll become a little bit more pervasive in the valleys, but it's a very dry air mass and may take a few mornings for that to become a problem.
It will be in the 70s over the weekend with the possibility of hitting 80 on Tuesday.
There will also be plenty of sun into mid-next week with high temperatures in the high 50s/low 60s toward the end of next week.
