You have to see this fantastic story. As we're going to the front door to surprise the Perez Family with the first donation from the 2022 Levin's Furniture For Families program, the father shows up from work thinking it is all a scam.

Aisha and Jason Perez were totally caught by surprise when we showed up with Michael Lewish and the giant presentation check from Levin Furniture & Mattress. The Perez Familiy has big plans for the $5,000 in furniture. They just moved from a small apartment into a new home a week ago and have almost no furniture.
Here's a snippet from the submission Aisha sent us to nominate her family:
“I’m humbly nominating my own family. We do not have any sofa or chairs. Or even a dining table… we have a small little table… our kids take turns eating at. We also do not have proper beds for the kids or mattresses. Currently all 5 share a queen mattress and sleep head-to-toe, toe-to-head… Receiving this gift would truly be life-changing and impact our family in a very positive way.”
What a loving, caring, amazing family. Not only are they raising ten children, but they also work to give back in the community.
Did I mention we had another surprise? Robert Levin wanted to add a little something extra for the Perez family. They're also getting a $500 gift card to the store of their choice.
We are blessed to be able to do this with Robert and the entire team at Levin Furniture & Mattress for the third year in a row. This is just the first of three families selected for this holiday season. Standby for more big surprises ahead!
