PA State Police have charged two Rivers Casino employees and one player with theft by deception and more.
Investigators and Rivers Casino authorities were alerted earlier this year by an anonymous letter, that possible thefts were taking place by dealers on the casino's floor.
Security cameras showed deal Robin Schnepp, working a roulette electronic table game, would spin the ball in the same direction of the week.
The would cause and error to be displayed.
That would prompt Schnepp to alert supervisor, Anthony Laush. He would come by and use his "supervisor FOB" to confirm the outcome of the numbers instead of voiding the spin for the players.
The confirmation would pay out winnings to "those players who knew that they could continuously bet during the errored state."
One of the players, Jack Mars III has been charged in the incident.
Schneep, Laush and Mars are also charged with "knowing to manipulate a win" and conspiracy.
Another person is believed to be a part of the scheme. Surveillance footage shows a woman with a maroon hooded sweatshirt, gray pants and a gray hat.
Additional footage is being reviewed. Anyone with any information is asked to call 412=770-2964.
