The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has confirmed three tornadoes developed in Southwestern Pennsylvania after strong storms moved through the area Sunday.

All of the tornadoes confirmed were EF-1.

The National Weather Service says tornadoes touched down in both Westmoreland and Indiana Counties last Jun 26.

High winds and rain knocked out power for thousands across the area.
