
Officers from various agencies, along with health officials found three local establishments in the Pittsburgh area were in violation of liquor codes and/or health codes.
The PA State Police’s Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, along with Pittsburgh Police, the Allegheny County Health Department, Pittsburgh Fire Department and State Probation released the results of the sweep, don’t a little over a week ago, on Monday.
Melrose Tavern on Brownsville Road had seven health code violations.
Linx on Carson, on East Carson Street in the South Side had four violations and one fire code violation.
Oddballs, also on East Carson Street had 17 reported health violations, three fire code violations and one liquor code violations.
The health violations were reported last week on the ACHD’s health inspection plage.
