Three men hurt after a stabbing in the city's Shadyside neighborhood in the early morning hours.
The stabbing occurred around 12:45 Tuesday morning near the Mellon Park playground on 5th Avenue.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found three men injured, two were stabbed in the chest, and are currently listed in critical condition at a local hospital, while the third had a minor cut to the wrist and is hospitalized in stable condition.
So far, no word on whether any of those who were stabbed are also considered suspects, or if the authorities are still looking anyone else involved in the incident.
Police say a vehicle at the scene was towed for further processing.
An investigation by the Violent Crime Unit is ongoing.
