A diner in the heart of Coraopolis has permanently closed after nine years in business.
Tootsie’s Diner on 5th Avenue announced on Facebook Tuesday that the decision to close was “based on multiple factors.”
“Our dedicated staff will be deeply missed, and we are thankful for their hard work and dedication,” the post says.
Tootsie’s was known for its breakfast and lunch offerings.
They offered indoor and outdoor dining, along with a to-go option.
The owners say they are “taking a new direction in life” and thank everyone “for an amazing 9 years.”
