Opening arguments begin Monday in the trial of a man accused of killing an Uber driver three years ago.
Calvin Crew is charged in the kidnapping and murder of Christina Spicuzza, a crime captured on video.
Prosecutor say Crew is the man seen putting a gun to Spicuzza's head, attempting to rob her and finally shooting the mother of four in Monroeville.
The district attorney at first wanted to pursue the death penalty but, weeks before the trial, decided against it.
Crew is facing first degree murder and several other charges.
