PA State Police are investigating a murder-suicide in Butler County.
It began this morning in Hillside, Illinois, when a man there told police he had shot and killed two women in Zelienople, then killed himself when police arrived.
The Illinois police contacted Jackson Township police who entered the home, owned by the man who killed himself.
Inside, they discovered the bodies of two women who had apparently been shot.
No names have yet been released as police continue to investigate.
Police believe the dead women were related to the man who killed himself in Illinois.
Officials say there is no ongoing threat to the public.
