UPDATE 2: Traffic has reopened to both lanes.
UPDATE: One lane has reopened, but there are still heavy delays.
A truck fire has closed part of southbound Interstate 79.
I-79 is closed near the on-ramp from Warrendale (Exit 75).
This is just south of the Warrendale exit in Marshall Township.
Emergency crews are on the scene with firefighters working to put out the truck fire.
It's believed to be a tractor-trailer that caught fire.
Backups take you almost to Route 228 on 79.
The best detour is getting onto Route 19.
