A truck hit a barrier near Exit 42 on I-70 East Tuesday morning, closing a portion of the road in both directions for part of the morning.
The Rostraver Central Fire Department says no one was hurt, but crews are controlling fluids leaking from the truck.
The North Belle Vernon Fire Department also responded to the scene.
Parts of I-70 have reopened with lane restrictions.
