Crews are on the scene after a truck crashed off the Parkway East, falling down a hill onto an area below
Inbound lanes were closed near Bates Street, with one lane reopening just before 12:30 p.m. and outbound lanes have reopened after a restriction.
The dump truck was seen at the bottom of the hill, close to the Eliza Furnace Trail.
"Please use caution if traveling through the corridor," PennDOT said in a release.
