
As the days continue to dwindle before the presidential election, the appearances ramp up.
In the latest campaign itinerary, Former President Donald Trump will hold a rally at the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport this Saturday.
The doors open at 2 p.m. and Trump is scheduled to speak at 6. You will need tickets to get in.
Westmoreland County Airport Authority Executive Director Gabe Monzo tells The Big K Morning Show he received a call to host Mr. Trump a week ago.
“We’re very neutral here, we said that’s fine,” said Monzo.
Monzo says the event is being held by the campaign and not the airport authority
“We had nothing to do with tickets, we had nothing to do with the process,” said Monzo. “Don’t call the airport and ask for VIP, that’s not under our control.”
Trump was recently in Butler as he revisited the farm grounds where an attempt was made on his life.
His running mate JD Vance is set to speak at the Pennsylvanian on Thursday and according to KDKA TV, Trump will also attend the Steelers/Jets game Sunday night at Acrisure Stadium.
With 19 electoral votes, Pennsylvania is the largest of the seven battleground states.
