An Ohio man accused of trying to smuggle guns onto a flight at Pittsburgh International has been indicted by a federal grand jury.

Prosecutors say 26-year-old Luis Rojas Cay from Youngstown was planning to travel to Puerto Rico with three semiautomatic handguns and more than 200 rounds of ammunition in his luggage.

As a previously convicted felon, Rojas Cay can't have a firearm or ammo.
