TSA finds loaded handgun in carry-on at Pittsburgh International Airport

Thursday morning Transportation Security Administration officers detected a loaded .22 caliber handgun in a passenger's carry-on luggage at Pittsburgh International airport.

Allegheny County Police were called in. The female passenger had a valid concealed carry permit and reportedly left the weapon in her bag accidentally.

The woman was allowed to fly and charges are not expected to be filed.

The firearm was confiscated by county police.
