The Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh says Saint Wendelin School in Butler will utilize remote learning following the second positive COVID-19 case.
The school, "in abundance of caution,' will use remote instruction now through Friday, March 26 and expects to resume in-person learning on Monday, March 29.
Principal JoLynn Clouse wrote to parents, "As always, thank you all so much for the understanding and confidence you have placed in Saint Wendelin School. This is yet another obstacle that we will conquer through cooperation and prayer. We are grateful to be able to return to in-person instruction for Holy Week. God will shine his light upon us all and protect us during this most holy of weeks."
