Police say it happened just after 6 a.m. in the 100 block of Irwin Street.
Responders found a woman who had been shot multiple times.
A man was shot in the abdomen and walked himself to a nearby hospital.
Both are in stable condition. Homicide detectives are investigating.
This comes just days after Pennsylvania Attorney General agents and a McKees Rocks Police Officer were shot at.
No one was hurt in that shooting.
