Two teens have been arrested in the fatal shooting of Marquis Campbell outside Oliver Citywide Academy in January 2022.
The 15-year-old was shot in the chest inside a school van.
Police say 18-year-old Eugene Watson and 17-year-old Brandon Watson are being charged as adults with criminal homicide, conspiracy and firearms violations.
