Two teens charged as adults in West Mifflin shooting

Two teenagers have been charged as adults in connection with a shooting earlier this week in West Mifflin.

17-year-old Matthew Hooper and 15-year-old Kevin Johnson Jr. are charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a minor.

Allegheny County Police say both teens shot at each other. They were both injured in the shooting that happened on the 10 block of Midway Drive just before 5:45 p.m. on Monday.

Both were taken to the hospital with one in stable condition, the other was listed in critical condition on Monday.
