Two $100k Powerball tickets sold in Pittsburgh area

The massive $1.787 billion Powerball jackpot may be split by two tickets, sold in Missouri and Texas, but a couple of tickets sold in the Pittsburgh area also have big prizes on them.

The Pennsylvania Lottery said tickets sold at the Giant Eagle in McCandless on McKnight Road and the GetGo in Richland Township on Grandview Drive are worth $100,000 each.

A third $100,000 ticket was sold in Lackawanna County.

The tickets matched four of the five white balls drawn 11,23,44,61,62 and the red Powerball 17 to win the prize.

Winners should sign the back of their ticket immediately and contact the Lottery to begin the claiming process.

The 1.787 billion jackpot is the second largest in U.S. lottery history.

The Powerball now resets to an estimated value of $20 million. That drawing takes place Monday night.
