A Uniontown man was killed in an incident involving a garbage truck.
21 year old Collin Rozzi died on Tuesday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital after he fell from a garbage truck on Monday.
Rozzi was a member of the United Mine Workers of America union, and the president of the union says the incident occurred at a site owned by Noble Environmental In Brownsville, Fayette County.
The incident is under investigation by authorities.
