Hey folks, we're talking about something important in today's UPMC Spotlight. Especially as we get into the holiday season, people are bombarded with all kinds of stresses, whether it's financial, family, emotional, work-related, you name it.
At any time you could be faced with a mental health crisis, but there are teams of professionals ready to help and they're available around the clock from UPMC's Psychiatric Emergency Services.
Dr. Nolan Hughes is the Medical Director for what they call the "PES" at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital and in the video on this page he breaks down what they do and how his team can help you when you need it most.
