A $1 million scratch-off ticket was recently purchased in Southwestern PA.
The Pennsylvania Lottery says the winning ticket was sold at Foster House II in Belle Vernon.
The jackpot was won by someone playing the “$1,000,000 Winnings” Scratch-Off game. It’s a $20 game available at most Lottery distributors.
Scratch-Off ticket winners have one year from the game’s expiration date to claim their prize. You can see game end dates at the Lottery’s website.
Tickets are distributed around the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at random. Meaning, the Lottery doesn’t know where winning tickets will be sent.
Winners should sign the back of the ticket immediately and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to begin the claiming process.
