There's a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a New York man arrested with $1.6 million in fentanyl at the Downtown bus station.

Yan Carlos Pichardo-Cepeda has missed two court appearances.

Anyone with information about him can call the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office at 412-350-4715.

He is believed to be in the Fairfield, Connecticut area.

The CT Post reports that Bridgeport Police are working with the Sheriff’s office to find the 27-year-old.

He is also wanted in New York for a sexual assault case.

Pichardo-Cepeda was arrested with 450,000 doses of fentanyl on August 31.

Progressive District Judge Xander Orenstein released Pichardo-Cepeda on nonmonetary bail.

He failed to show up for a court hearing at Allegheny County Common Pleas Court on September 11.

In a statement, DA Stephen Zappala said his office was not notified judge Xander Orenstein released the man, allegedly in possession of a drug responsible for the deaths of almost two people a day in Allegheny County.
