Primanti Bros. beat out Mrs. T’s Pierogies in the final four to move on to the final.
The “Almost Famous” Pittsburgh-born sandwich is facing stiff competition in the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.
The Pittsburgh-based Primanti Bros. sandwich beat PA-Made Steel, Zippo Lighters, the Eat’n Park Smiley Cookie and Sarris Candies Chocolate to make it to the final four out of the west, before beating Mrs. T’s.
Primanti Bros. took down Mrs. T’s in the championship last year and look to repeat as champions.
