New information is in about gunfire Wednesday morning outside a drug store in Westmoreland County.
Police say 41-year-old Sean Lane tried to rob the Walgreens pharmacy in North Huntingdon and pointed a gun at officers when they arrived.
State Police say one of the four North Huntingdon officers fired a gun at Lane before he was taken into custody.
No one was injured.
Lane was arraigned Wednesday night and denied bail.
Lane later told investigators he was looking for drugs for addiction withdrawal.
