Police have a warrant out for the arrest of a man accused of shooting a woman and another man in McKees Rocks on Thursday.
Allegheny County Police say that 57-year-old Timothy Phillips is the one responsible for the shooting that took place shortly after 6 a.m. on the 100 block of Irwin Street.
The female was taken to the hospital in critical donation. The man walked to a local hospital with a gunshot wound.
Phillis is a Black man, about 6'01" and weighs 240 pounds. He has ties to both the McKees Rocks and Stowe Townships areas.
He is also considered armed and dangerous. Anyone that sees Phillips should call 911 right away.
