A Washington County man is accused of pointing a shotgun at a pickup truck with teenagers inside.
49-year-old Kelly McClelland told police the teens were speeding past his home in Canton Township and tried to get in front of the truck to slow it down.
He claims the vehicle clipped his wrist as it passed.
Investigators say McClelland got in his car, caught up with the teens and blocked the road.
As the driver tried to back away, McClelland allegedly grabbed a shotgun and pointed it at the truck.
KDKA-TV reports the terrified driver hit a concrete wall and drove away with McClelland chasing the truck until both vehicles stopped in a parking lot where police arrested McClelland.
