There was another gator sighting on the Kiski River over the weekend.
A woman spotted the reptile as she was kayaking Saturday.
She estimates the alligator was 18 to 20 inches long.
Theresa Jeroski tells KDKA Radio she was nervous at first until it got close to her.
“I could see his size was small,” said Jeroski. “Hew as very playful popping up and down in different areas, like peek-a-boo.”
She adds her husband was excited to see it and they tired to catch it but it was just too fast.
It's unclear if this is a third gator in the river or the one seen earlier this month.
If not captured, the alligator will likely die when the weather gets colder.
