Wegmans has the green light to start construction of its first Pittsburgh area location.
Cranberry Township supervisors approved on Thursday land development and conditional use permits.
The new grocery store will be built along Cool Springs Drive in the Cranberry Springs development, not far from the Lemieux Sports Complex.
Wegmans hopes to have the store open by sometime in 2027.
