Wendy's on Route 228 in Adams Township will close for good on Sunday.
The store is located in the Adams Shoppes shopping center.
The fast food chain announced during an earnings call earlier this month it is closing hundreds of under-performing locations across the United States.
There are a total of 253 Wendy's restaurants in Pennsylvania.
Wendy's plans to close around 350 restaurants across the U.S., meaning more Western PA locations could be affected.
Wendy's was founded in 1969 in Columbus, Ohio by Dave Thomas.
