A Westmoreland County man arrested this week is accused of raping and assaulting a woman.
Police say 43-year-old Matthew Snyder beat, choked and raped the woman last weekend.
She told officers he held her for several hours and withheld her cellphone, keys and wallet.
Snyder is charged with rape, sexual assault, strangulation and more.
He posted $10,000 bail and has a preliminary hearing set for next Wednesday.
