A Westmoreland County man is accused of mailing threatening letters to three federal judges, even after US Marshals asked him to stop.
Henry Holmes was allegedly upset that Judges Mark Hornak, Maureen Kelly and Cynthia Eddy dismissed his case against a jail warden and police officer.
He was also upset that, after he didn't report a change of address as a sex offender, police put flyers his neighborhood — which is required by law.
According to a criminal complaint, Holmes allegedly wrote statements like "you will be dealt with" and that his military family members would "enforce this to the death."
He's charged with mailing threatening communications and retaliating against a federal officer by threat.
