A resident of a Penn Township retirement home is facing criminal charges after he allegedly made lewd remarks and sexually assaulted workers at the facility after two nurse practitioners reported “several incidents.”
The Westmoreland County District Attorney's office says 67-year-old Henry Davis made sexually suggestive remarks to one worker who was trying to get a blood sugar reading from him at the William Penn Care Center.
The practitioner said it happened several other times with David allegedly showing her a “wad of money and told her he wanted to take her away somewhere.”
A second victim says David grabbed her pelvis while she was helping him out of his wheelchair last month so he could use the bathroom.
That victim told Penn Township Police that other female staff and residents have been harassed as well.
Davis is due in court in October.
