Allegheny County police are investigating a pair of shooting incidents in Wilkinsburg.
The first happened around 11 p.m. on the 1600 block of Laketon Road where two women were hit by gunfire from a passing vehicle.
Then, as police investigated that shooting, two more cars fled past them, with one of the vehicles firing shots at the other.
Police tried to pursue the vehicle that fired the shots, but lost it.
The other vehicle was found nearby in Pittsburgh limits, and neither of the people inside were injured.
As for the women in the first car, they're in stable condition.
